1. Unzip the current cover. The zipper runs along the underside of the wedge — open it fully.

2. Swap it. Slide the foam out, slip the fresh cover on, and work the foam into each corner so the S-curve sits flush. About 30 seconds.

3. Wash the used one. Cold water, delicate cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry — hang-drying makes it last longer.

4. Rotate. One on, one ready. Refresh every 2–3 uses, or whenever you want a clean start.
